there is a party store on Henry St. in Bay city that has bait - right across from Clayton Cleaners (sp) one block from midland St. I also think there is a bait store just of the Indy Bridge (trumble) on marquette I think it is called Master's bait store sort a by Beason's.

Don's Quik Stop at the end of Patterson Road. Just take state park drive to wheeler road, go east on wheeler road about 1 1/2 miles to Patterson Road, Go north on Patterson about 1/2 - 3/4 of a mile. Don's is on the right side just before the stop sign. They do sell minnows.

I fish state park towards the end of feb in about 4-6 ft of water for walleye. The fishing is usually great and I feel much safer in the shallow water. I hate cracks they scare the hell out of me:tdo12: . Good luck on the perch or walleye.

Looked like they just had perch size minnows in there, and the minnow tank looked pretty low on quantity. We was looking for waxworms and they didn't have any. We ran to Walmart on Wilder Road they had waxworms but pretty small ones. I should have bought bulk earlier .
