Spent about 1 1/2 hours this evening at Brandedburg Park in Chesterfield fishing this evening. Leaf worms with one small split shot fished along the sea wall to the left of the boat ramps. Caught about 30 fish (white fish, they were plain fish about 6-8 inches long with a small mouth like a perch. someone said something about white perch???? not sure what they are called up here) Bunch of people on fishing pier but not catching much. I have always had luck on the sea wall just to fish for something small. My daughter 1 1/2 years old had a great time, but we had to leave because wind was getting cold for her off the lake. Probably could have caught many more.
