Anyone catching any fish near Lexington Port Sanilac or Port huron....Wanna get some browns or steelies....

I was reading the new GLA mag and seen an article on stink bait for browns. Get some alewives from Pro bait, let them thaw out and refreeze them and thaw and refreeze and use them for bait for browns. The best way would be to use them under a slip bobber and cast them out in the harbor. Have one set half way down, the other set so its near the bottom. You can catch monster browns this way. You need to use special hooks though. The ones with a long shank that goes into the baits body.

I have some in my freezer and some smelt as well.Too bad I wont be able to fish this weekend:mad:
