How many mounts do you have?

I know there is a wide range of people here with different interests, but I was wondering generally, do you guys have many mounts of animals / birds or fish? How many? What types? Pics would be Cool too.


I have a shoulder mount 8 pt. whitetail, Caribou rack, 16" Yellow Perch. and a few Mule Deer racks in my shop. Oh and an old musket 150+ years old on the wall.

And that about does it. I will post pictures when I get my three bucks back. That will fill the entire wall in my basement.

i got 2 small 6 points on plaques, an 8 point european mount on the way, a 10 point shoulder mount on the way, a 30 inch walleye, and a 14 inch perch.... plenty room for some more.

probably 25 or so. However, I realized that these only meant something to me. Once I kicked the bucket...........the wife or kids would probably have a sale and get rid of them.
Now I just take pictures, and save the money for Guns or things that are more important. Or couldve saved the money and invested it:dizzy: ...They were nice to look at!

No mounts for me [yet]. I do have a few tanned, mountable fisher furs that will one day be part of a big multiple species scene that will include the fishers, some grouse and woodcock, porcupine, and possibly a bobcat.

Box of smaller whitetail racks that I'm saving for a barnwood mount. I want to put something together to look like the front of an old hunting cabin, with the racks all hung on it.

Just started getting mounts last year

1- 43" muskie (first one I ever caught)

I had him do the muskie trying to eat one of the wood ducks. The guy did a great job on the fish (360 degree mount) but not such a great job on the duck. plus any time the dog could get his face on the duck it was like cocaine to an addict, pretty hard to keep him away from it. so needless to say the duck is in rough shape and needs to be replaced.

Thanks fish patroll, the rest of the mounts mentioned are on the other walls of "my" side of the basement. The goal is to one day fill this side up and then start working on regaining control of the toy side of the basement from the kids.Someday:lol: I see you're not far away, now I know who to contact if I get lucky enough to pull out a big winter walleye this year.;)
