I smoked a whole chicken yesterday with the Smokin' Okie's Holiday Turkey Brine. Fantastic!

Just smoke it. Lynn what kind of smoker are you using? Mine is charcoal and I use about 10lbs to smoke a 13lb bird. I fill the pan with apple juice and keep the temp between 160 and 200 for about 8 hours. I make up 3 foil packs of hickory and apple chips miked and start using them 1 at a time after the bird has been in the smoker about an hour, gives the bird a chance to get warmed up. Make sure all your lighter fluid is burnt off your charcoal before putting the bird in. I have a small grill that I start the coals in as needed that way no lighter fluid goes in the smoker.
