I ate the wild boar!!

I can't wait to go back to West Branch in search of another wild boar!! I just cut up the hams on my 125 lb wild boar and it was unbelievable!! Best ham I ever had!!

Country smoke house in Almont smoked them...they were delicious!!


Now I am off to try the boneless pork, pork chops, ribs, and the italian sausage!!

Anyone ever tried the ribs??

I shot a wild one in TN and threw out the meat. Never smoked it or anything and it was HORRIBLE. They eat rattlesnakes and copperheads down there though. I was probably eating venom.
