Since I've never fished at this time of year before, am I reading the regulations correctly: it is lawful to fish for Pike and Dogfish now in an inland lake located in the lower peninsula? If I'm targeting these two fish (I would be using an inline spinner), but I end up hooking a bass and immediately return it, I'm ok?
