where to get mustad spear tines?

Does anybody know where i can purchase mustad spear tines? They are used for herring and whitefish spears. They are about 1/8" diameter and look like a fish hook without the bend. They stopped making them years ago.

I have spent hours and hours on the internet trying to find them to no avail. A particular spear builder around my area ordered about a thousand a few years ago from a company in Sweden, but he's not interested in parting with any. If anyone finds a source, please let me know.

Contact some fab shops around where you live, and maybe they could make something for you. I work with a guy that can make just about anything you can describe, so I know there must be others. Do you have a pic or a drawing of what you want?

I could make them my self but it would be a lot of work making jigs and fixtures. And then making them out of a material that will resist bending.
Theres probably some one somewhere with a bunch of them trying to bend them into fish hooks.

how long are these things? like 1 3/8" by any chance?

They are about 1/8" diameter and about 6 inches long. They have a factory barb on them.
