need help posting pics

i have sum pics stored in "My Pictures" on computer. I've clicked on the
"insert image" icon and am prompted enter an URL. This where im stumped.
Any help would be appreciated.

The pics are nothing special, just wanted to show how my sled project
was coming along.

you have to upload them into the gallery first (or other gallery on the net). check the picture posting forum near the bottom of the forum listings to read about how.
