Kind of hard to answer that since you have not filled out your profile. Need to know where your located and where your willing to travel.
There are literally 100s of lakes in this state that offer good fishing that have cabins/lodging on them. All across the upper peninsula and also across the northern lower peninsula there are lakes with lodging on them.

Also Lake cadillac and mitchell have homes/cabins for rent all with lake access...
Both lakes have good fishing, If you read Woods-N-Water in december you will find a good article about the variety of fishing on the lake, Crappie, Good pike( both numbers and size) panfish, and I hear the walleye fishing is ok at times... Check out michigan.org then go to cadillac areas page and it will give you a list of cabins and place that rent... Hope this helps and welcome to the site

Lots of places on and around the lake.
Take look in "Lodging" section of the HLCOC website: http://www.houghtonlakemichigan.net/
Zager's Sportsmans Resort up toward the north end has cabins, bait, shanty's and rides out onto the lake! Pretty decent watering hole right at the corner too! ;)

My aunt and uncle own 2 cabins that are available for rent on Mullet Lake in Cheboygan. http://www.veerypointecottages.com/ They are reasonably priced and I believe they put an ice shanty out every year for the guests to use. It's a great area and there are more lakes close to fish on such as Burt and Black lakes.
