Has anyone taken a good look at the new Frabill line of shanty's with this "guide track" system?? They are a flip-style except the bottom of the sled isn't flat,, it's molded like "pontoon runners", so only the runners are on the ice/snow. Pretty cool, looked like alot easier dragging,, but that's not all. On the inside, the bottom of the sled runners are actually storage compartments with doors that lay flat. Too cool. There might be a nice Otter Med. Den for sale real soon.

I saw one of those the other day and they look like a nice outfit. I wonder what the top speed is on a windy day on clear ice..

Yeah those new shanties are cool, they'll look great next to all the other ice fishing gear I haven't been able to get a chance to use since '04-'05:sad:

I checked out the Frabill site,,,, it's called "glide trax", not guide track, my bad. Anyway I noticed the smallest one they make with the glide trax system weighs like 115lbs, and 500 bucks. To be honest,,,, the money part really doesn't bother me,, since I don't have any anyway,, but the WEIGHT< OMG!!
