Perch eggs as bait???

has anyone ever tried using perch spawn as bait for perch? Since we know how good perch eyes work for other perch, i wonder if other body parts would work as well.

Why would you want to use perch spawn as bait? When I bring perch home in the winter, my mom always checks for perch with eggs because she absolutley LOVES eating the eggs. I've tried them and they're pretty good although I wasn't a fan of the texture.

As far as other body parts, I've heard of people cutting thin strips of the white belly meat for tipping hooks.
