I am curious to find out how to test my hunting clithing to see if it is visible to deer. I see pictures of people and the jackets and pants glow like a blue color. Its the detergant used to wash the clothing. DOes a new piece of clothing glow or visible to a deer?
So my question is how to check my pieces of hunting clothing?
Thanks for any and all input to this question.

Don't worry about it. It is all sales hype. Think about it.......over the years, deer have been successfully hunted without the worry of glowing hunting clothes.

Move as little as possible when hunting and you will be fine.

deer care much more about scent and movement than color coordination. I used to wear a brown wool coat and pants with a black striping in real cold bow hunting situations. I am sure I looked like a bear up in that tree but as long as I sat real still I had deer come in with no problems.

Take a black light and if it glows it has uv on it. I beleive deer can see uv and does help taking the time to wash your clothes in none uv wash.
