I went to the GM in Taylor a few weeks ago and picked up the wusthof culinar series 7" fillet knife for 35 bucks on sale.... don't know why, never seen one there before, or any other GM i've been in, but if you happen to find yourself there you might want to check if they have one in stock and on sale.

this is normally a 100 dollar knife and is INSANELY sharp. for those that have used wusthof's knives in the past, you know the quality we're talking about here.

Great knives, all my kitchen knoves are Wusthofs. The fillet knives make excellent boning knives too, for you guys who butcher their own deer.
My 9 year old got stitches in three fingers few months ago from mishandling the fillet knife, not only are they INSANELY sharp they keep that edge for a long long time, with the occassion steeling.

I use a 4" rapala for some walleye and crappie up north...but down here for all my walleye I use my 7" Wusthof and LOVE it....It slide through the walleye like a hot knife through butter!! You'll love your purchase MSUICEMAN and got it at a steal if I may add!!
