2hp Power Ice Auger - "Earthquake" (Barracuda)

I probably shouldn't sell this but right now money's tight and Christmas is coming. My son has his heart set on a fairly large ticket item that I'd like to get for him but things have been very slow for me as far as work goes. If I can get my asking price for this it'll pretty much cover the cost of his gift.

It's a 2hp Earthquake power auger. I bought it a few years ago to drill post holes for building decks. So it has an 8" earth auger and extension that will allow you to drill a 42" post hole. I also bought an 8" ice bit for the unit and it works great and has drilled very few holes. I paid $100 for just the ice bit.

This "Earthquake" is the exact same unit as the Eskimo "Barracuda" it just has a different label on it because it was an earth auger originally not an ice auger. - See More Here: http://www.michigan-sportsman.com/classifieds/showproduct.php?product=5314

Here are some pictures of the setup. As the ad says. It includes the power head, 8" earth bit, extension, 8" ice bit, and cover. (all pictured) Blades are sharp and have only drilled maybe a couple dozen holes. Cover has always been on when not in use.

I swear John Sat. night while we were fishing Ed brought this up AFTER he told me :

This was discussed on the phone - to which I replied :
"Stein & I already had this conversation and the decision has been made"
Of course AFTER we had arrived at the lake & Mister ED was given the freedom to go "trolling on ice" he & I both whacked 10-18 holes each. On the way home as Ed reflected on our adventure he said that dragging a REAL power tool out there was a P.I.T.A. but - it sure was nice to just do some serious KARVING....and then fish....
