Michigan boys do the job today, 1st place in the pro division was Jeff Russell w/5 fish that weighed 37.06lbs, he's from Grand Haven. 6th place Tom Dinneweth 19.50. The co-angler division when to Tom Nordyke, from Newport. Way to go boys, a job well done.:D :D

Went down to the weigh in today and there was a nice turnout, 500 or so very pro Michigan angler spectators. It was good to see the Michigan guys win the top spots but there wasn't much drama at the end. I think Jeff Russell would disagree with me though.

Great job Jeff Russell. One for the west side. Would of taken a real big hen from Tom considering he was almost 18#s behind Jeff. Great job though guys showed all those pros that us Michigan boys do know our walleye fishing and that maybe we have the best walleye fishing in the USA.
