Got my first big walleye yesterday! (28.5 inches, 7.8 lbs)

I have been fishing for walleye for about three seasons now and have never before hooked into anything more than a 22 inch male.

Thought it was a snag at first then I felt the head shake and got real religious all of a sudden. When she came to the top I coudn't believe my eyes. What a thrill to get her in the net.

I was fishing alone in front of the BASF property where the wall stops and the broken concrete starts. Managed to pick up a nice male first, then the biggin'. Both came on a 1/2 ounce chartruse fuzzy grub and big minnow. The male on a stinger.

I have a few digital pics but don't know how to load 'em in.
If I can e-mail them to you, could you put 'em up?

Thanks,
-LB :)

Nice going Leadbouncer...I hope your luck stays with you. Just think you might be able to refer to this fish as the "little one I caught in April".

Thanks for all of the congratulations, kind words and offers to post my pics for me.

I still don't know how to get a digital photo attatchment included with an email via this forum. It's not like my regular email (outlook) or is it? Guess I'm missing somthing, probobly very simple, I feel like a jerk just about now.

If someone could "walk me through it" I'd appreciate it very much.
I'd love to share the moment with ya, but the eatin part is spoken for.

Thanks again,
-LB :)

my "regular" email address is jcharnden@peoplepc.com
