Has anyone heard about the DNR or any Fly fishing complaints or actions on the river between Mio to Comins Flats. I heard on Channel 9 news that they were going to atleast kick off the tubers in that part of the river. Can you Help!!!!!
Also I wondered if anyone heard about canoeing in that part and if any thing is happening on that.

Ok So they are trying to make it so my "DryFly Floatboat" is Illegal to float and fish with???? BS! Over my dead body!...Besides the Canoe and Tube Bunnies are a WELCOME sight when I am Fishing!:D

If that is true that is some major BS. I love fishing jsut as much as the next person but there is nothing like floating down the river on a georgous summer day and drinking some beer. I mean i do understand that there is alllooootttt of traffic from every one going down in the canoes and tubes. I am sure it dose some dammage but people need to beable to get out and have a good time. The thing that also needs to be considerd is the companys that rent the canoes and tubes. Wont they be lossing out also if this happens? The river is public and every one should get to enjoy it from fishing to just taking a relaxing float down the river.

Man if that happens. We wont stop and pause to watch the girls floating by with those string bikins. Id hate not seeing that anymore.

Thank you for your insight. If they try to do this I would appreciate it if you would all drive your local DNR crazy about it and all of the people that you know that would like to stop the tubes and canoes.

I am one of the girls you probably see every year on the river, so it's nice to know you guys are paying attention to us in our bikinis

Also I do believe that some of you are right that the people on the river in canoes and tubes should be more responsible!!!

I will always pay attention to you lovely ladies in the bikinis as long as the blood is pumping in our viens. I have actually stop fishing to rising trout just to admire your beauty. Hope to see ya on the river this summer!!!
