Hi Everyone hope archery season has been good for all. Does anyone have a Hoyt Magnatec bow? I recently picked one up and would like some feedback on this bow. It has 2 cams? Can this bow be set at 75% letoff? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

I had one for about 6 years before I bought my SB but I loved that bow! Yes, two cams but I don't know about the let off (I think mine was 65%)
I passed that bow on to my neighbor (it was a BIG upgrade for him) and he's killed two deer with it this year and couldn't be happier.
Here it is leaning on a doe in 04 ........

Good luck with it!

I have one but it is a single cam. Depending on what year, version and wheel combo you have as to whether it can go to 75%. Check out this link it will tell you.

I belive it is a 2002 with the command cams. It is a 60-70 lb bow with a 28.5 to 31.5 draw length. I haven't really messed around with it too much. I just know hoyts reputation as a great bow maker. I believe it can be set at 75% letoff. I hope that with some carbon arrows and a wisker biscuit rest, set at about 62 lbs I can shoot about 275 fps.

I have a 2003 Magnatec with Cam.5, real nice bow, i can go 65 or 75 for let off and adjustable draw length from 27.5-30 inches.
I thinks it is a very nice bow, fast, quiet and accurate.
