There are always lots of questions re E Collars on here: what kind to buy and where to get parts and get um fixed if they go South.

I know these people have been mentioned before but with all the new folks around now thought I'd do it again. I lost the antenna off my TT G2 Sport 60 transmitter this morning in the woods. Right in the middle of the best part of grouse season too. :( Oh Boy, how long to get one of these things up here from Texas??

A quick visit to the Collar Clinic and 15 bucks put me back in business pronto. Turns out, this particular antenna is common to several of the TT models. :) These folks sell, repair, carry many parts for all E-collar brands and also have some pretty nice deals on discontinued and refurbished units. I've done business with these guys a couple of times now and give them "two thumbs up" for friendly and competent service.

BTW, a smidge of blue loc-tite should prevent this little problem from happening again.

A couple summers ago I sent my TT upland special in for a new circuit board, it was five years old so I asked for new batteries too.
CC rep on the phone tells me that is standard procedure when doing a circuit board repair. Got it back when promised but no mention of new batteries on the invoice which I had offered to pay for but its included with the job I was having done according to them.
Cost me shipping again and a few days of training, they no longer get my business.

I hope they have a new transmitter for my G2, as mine fell off the factory lanyard some where west of the Mississippi River. (make sure you change them)....How much who knows.

It came unsnapped, bent, twisted. MC's has these lanyards with a bigger strap and industrial clip (more comfortable around the neck). If not get a split ring for keys and attach it that way.

Glad you had good luck with them, I sent my collar in about a month ago and got it back very quickly with the ecollar fixed for $75, too bad they didn't fix the remote like they were supposed to do. But hey, they did get it back to me very quickly.
