The Shiver is usually the last week in Jan and first week in Feb.

However, I was recently told by a member of the Saginaw Bay Walleye Club that the Shiver will be moved back one week (later) to help assure better ice conditions. Gander Mtn in Saginaw or the Bay City Times will know.
