Hoping to fish tonight and/or tomorrow night if I can find some riders. All my regulars are busy this week. New boat to me (20' Starcraft) and I have not trolled with the electric yet, but if all else fails we can do some casting. This is an after dark deal until we get cold or tired. PM me if interested.

I might be interested... but I need to vote first. I get out of work around 3:30... 30 minutes home to vote... some time to vote I'm sure... 60 minutes to Muskegon... that gets me there pretty late...

Robert, I do fish weekends some times, but it's crazy busy in most every spot so it really limits options and puts pressure on the fish in shallow water. I will fish the 12am to daylight time slot if it is real busy, and that helps since most boats leave around midnight. So far the boats and fish have been pretty spread out, but the bite is just starting too. Last year some nights there were 80+ boats on the water.:yikes:
Got a crew for tonight, but would like to bring you along sometime. I can sleep when I'm 6' under. That's what coffee is for. Besides I got 9 hours sleep on reserve from last night.

I've always told others :
"When I'm dead - I'm going to get all the sleep I'm ever gunna want."
Trouble with that is , I've found myself a few times right in the intersection of M37 & M82 opening my eyes sayin : %$#^%& , I'm GLAD that light is green!
.... No need to "get to sleep" sooner than "necessary" !
:yikes:
Sounds like it'd be a gas - I've heard your 'charters' are one of a kind.
:evilsmile
I've had Mr. Ed , TKPolasek , Westlakedrive and Wally-eye all ask me if I ever sleep. YES usually on the way home !
;)
I don't do much coffee - but DO THE (diet) DEW.
I'd like to pick up some pointers from you for sure - since that TKPolasek guy is a pretty sharp gun & he basically said you know your stuff so I might pick up a thing or three from ya.
:cwm27:
LMK sometime when ya have a lil advance notice & I'll sm0ke a VaCa day & we'll try & drain the lake!!
I like the eaters - but there ain't nuttin' wrong with whackin' some haWGz.

Well it was a bust, but a still great night out there. 1 small pike and I had one other good hit. We trolled, casted a bit and just enjoyed being out on a warm flat calm night. Thanks for joining me Ed, let's do it again soon. Water temp is back up to 45 degrees.

Mr. Stein puts you to shame in that catagory. I'll tell you one thing ... after last night, I realize I'm gettin soft since I moved back to working days.

Just remember who owns the looong handled, extendo net.:gaga: And for that matter .... who's little girl STILL has YOUR shotgun. You better share and play nice Robert.
Time for fishing again ... finally dropped a 6pt last night. Follwed by a very fine tracking job from an 11yr old girl ... while, you know who, held the lantern.:D

Oh , you mean like tonight when I gave Tyler (the 17 Y.O. kid you so "lovingly" dubbed the phantom of the opera - that's REAL nice Ed!) , the only walleye I caught tonight???
I fabbed a 12 Ft. handle for my PVC coated tangleproof net last year - or are you reaching senility faster than I am??
I think you should remember that the guy that loaned you that shotgun has a wife that's a better shot than the shotgun owner and SHE also owns a 30.06 of her own !!!!!!!!!!
:yikes:
Don't make me sic the crazy woman on ya Ed!!!
I was in frEEkMonT again and it slipped my FEEBLE mind once more....
