Perch And ICE!!!

went perch fishign around some of the canals on N.and S river road wasnt soo hot did find a canal cought about 25 decient fish but tried fishing behind the canal at the selfrige bait shop no fish but but it was about 11-12 o clock and and their was skim ice on their and even more shocking thier was still boats in ther but that whole canal was prolly frozen so keep it comming !!!:lol::)

I actually had to break ice on Saturday to get out of my well. Unfortunately my boat is now shored up until April. I figured it wasn't work really recking my hull if I got stuck in some real ice leaving it in until Turkey Day.

Oh well, that's why I bought the 14 footer last winter. I might not be able to go up front and watch football and drink beer when I get cold, but it'll get me out on the water!

Just got done cleaning 35 more. Any idea why all the perch are females this time of the year?
