Union Lake

Fished Union today with Double Trouble used a mostly slow day to start scouting some hard water spots, ended up with a small mouth and a crappie, but there is definitely a turnover on the lake or something with the high pressure. I know all that stuff about it was a great day on the water but I was hoping for a little more action. :mad:

That's interesting. I managed one of the best days of my life, in terms of quantity. I fished a local lake for 3 hours and caught 11 pike and 1 largemouth. My brother got 4 pike.

'Twas a great day to be out (not Union). Laid down like glass at dark. Was one of the most frustrating days of my fishing life. Got a dozen crappies (good), released a nice bass (good), 1 eater walleye & lost 3 at the boat (not good). Also hooked up on a couple other fish that I couldn't ID. Catch & early release, I guess. :o Oh well.
