Changing Depths

Walleyes have swim bladders? How fast can an eye change depths? If you are catching eyes in 4ft at dark, can those fish have come from deep?

It's funny - most fish you yank them from deep water & they kick.
They eyes I catch are sometimes in 40+ FOW during daylight hours and come nightfall they could be in 3 FOW.

Most of the Walleye you get after dark in 4 feet of water where in the deep water during the day. This doesn't hold true if its very cloudy or windy though.
