perch reports ????

Looking for a perch report, going out in the morning. Went walleye fishing today, came back empty handed, partner did manage to catch a 8# lake trout, we fished the north channel by deckers but no walleye around. going to have to learn how to hand line:yikes: . I'll give a report when I get back in .

I got 40 or so in Anchor Bay yesterday. Unfortunately some duck hunters had their spread arranged right in front of my honey hole, so I had to improvise.

Caught them between 9:15 and 10:00, nothing after 10:00. Seems to be the usual pattern.

We were probably fishing right next to you in the horseshoe. Our take was 150 for 2 days worth. The throwback ratio was about 4 to 1 and our action was spotty but everytime we moved a few hundred feet we got into them again. We were out in a white Sylvan with blue stripes and a grey top. That was the last weekend for boating for me. Next stop... in the shanty.
