Falleye, easy limits!!!

Fished 9:30-11:30, kept 6 put back 6. Nofish 10:30-11:30:confused: ,what gives? Maybe tonight but not until 10 or so. I hope they produce a little later tonight.Good Luck to all!!!:)

Me and my partner gave it a go last night. Wow, what a beautiful night. Full moon lit up the whole lake, and no wind. We fished from around 5:30 to about 9:30. At 8:45-9 o clock ish the wind died right down to nothing at all. The lake was just as dead flat as I've ever seen it. Falleyes were just a snappin away like crazy! Around 9 o clock or so 2 freighters went by and boy did that turn em on! We had a firedrill floppin fish all over the place! Kept our limit and did some catch and release for awhile. Lost count in the chaos, but know for sure that we caught at least 19 or 20 of em.;) Here's the unlucky 12 that we harvested.

Fantastic job on the fish guys! I would just like to know where you guys are launching your boat, or do you keep it in a slip? I usually use St. Jean, but when I call the guard shack there is no answer. Does anyone know if that ramp is still open? If it is, is there still a guard on duty, or do you leave your vehicle and trailer to the security of Detroit locals?

The ones I cleaned were all males. Did you have any hens in your batch?

I'm considering going out this evening for a couple of hours. Should be a regular parade out there tonight.

Launch at Blossom Heath, drive down. Kinda spooky ride back at night. I need to do it a few times during the day and make note of any buoys near the marinas. If the wind is out of the West the ride back isn't bad.

Yeah we sure did. Out of the 12 I cleaned, 8 were males, and 4 were females.

My buddy Justin was just showin up out there around 9:30 or so when we were leavin. Not sure how he did, haven't heard from him yet. Allyoucaneat where ya at buddy?

Thanks Bob. Our best producers were Clown, Hot Steel, Orange/Gold, and Emerald Shiner (Silver/Chartruese).
