does anyone know of a quick and easy tenderloin recipe?

if so please let me have it because i got some with my name on it nd i can cook them right

The simpliest ternderloin recipe I have used it..

Cut the Venison into cubes (nuggets)
Pre-Heat pan

Take a zip lock baggie, put some flour in it, add garlic power, salt, pepper to your taste buds delite.. Add the venison in the bag, shake the bag...

Once the venison is coated nicely with the flour coating...Place the venison cubes in the nicely pre-heated pan of butter or oil.

Cook to your preference, I prefer when the coating is golden brown, and then enjoy...
