I was choosing rodholders for my new boat when I came across the Berts track system. I picked up four 70 degree and two adjustable holders. I mounted the plates and am extremely pleased with the setup. It was a bit pricey, but I picked them up at a 10% off sale at The Outdoorsman in Jenison. For 4 tracks and 6 rodholders I think I'm in about $325.00. I just kept reminding myself about a dipsey rod/reel/line/dipsey/hoochie/and fly getting ripped off the boat and regretting not spending the dough.
