saginaw bay cans ?

Has anyone been seeing any cans on the bay? Ive been layout gunning five times this year and havnt seen one. Lots of bills and reds though. Need some buffs and goldies to fill out.

had two come into the dekes at crows island :D and i also watched as two left my dekes :rolleyes:

I've also seen them at crow island. We were lucky enough to get one out of the first group and didn't shoot at the second group. This was over a week ago.

Guy I know that hunts out of Sebawing shot 2 Monday, and said that a flock of about 30 landed right in his dekes.

Should have mentioned that, but yes, there were two of them! They also took two pintail.

We shot four CANS on Tuesday out of Sebewaing, had more landing in decoys but we were limited. I even had a hen sitting in the decoys as I was pulling them. There out there. Good luck :coolgleam

Maybe their all on that side of the bay. Im hunting on the west side. I remember a time when they would come to this area in large numbers.

We also shot 3 big bull cans on Monday. They came in with a hen. She stayed and slept in the decoys for about 20 minutes even with me retrieving her boyfriends.
