any suggestions?

I've been trying to upload some pics but every time I try I get an error message that my pics are not in graphic text. I am cornfused because I have them saved as jpegs. What am I over looking here?
Any suggestions?

I ran into that problem yesterday. It stemmed from scanning a pictures through Microsoft Picture It. Appearently by changing it from a BitMap file to a jpeg, it uses capital letters, which are not recognized in our site's photo feature. Changing it, took care of the problem.
