Where do you tag your deer?

Just wondering where all you fellas tag your deer? I have noticed some deer in photos don't have tags on the antlers, but I'm assuming there is a tag on them somewhere else. I sometimes vary on where I place it. I used to put it on the racks, but now I just have a habit of poking a hole through between the achilles and the leg and tying it on there. I picked this up after shooting a few does, now it's just automatic.

i tag the doe on the leg.heard the stories of the wind taken off the tags on the ride home.so ill stick with the leg

I have always gone with the leg and now with the new tags "Stickers" I keep a zip tye with me and fold the sticker over that and zip it onto the achillies. Can't blow away.

I puncture a small hole in the ear and I zip tie the tag to the deers ear. That's not going anywhere.;)

I've had them rip off while dragging a deer out of the woods so now I do this: Tie it to the rear leg ike a lot of people but I also peel the hide away a bit and insert the tag into the pocket. I don'y have a cap for my truck and the tag stays put when I'm cruizing down the highway too.
