Does anyone know what happened to Den's Taxidermy that used to be located in Eastpointe? I had a boar done by him about 10-12 years ago and he did a great job. Now, one of my buddies has his first bow/buck and has asked for a recommendation....but alas, Den's is gone.
If he's no longer in business, can someone recommend a good artist in the Troy area?
Thanks!

I believe Dens is GONE
but there is Joe Seglers Taxidermy he is in Westland and the best taxidermist in this state if you ask me. He isnt the cheapest, but the best. When I did taxidermy we went to the different competitions together and he literally swept the shows with his work, State, National and World.

I take all my stuff to Shalvis at Utica and Gratiot. Excellent work. Den's did a little skull cap for me years ago. Shalvis blows them away. Shoulder mount about $385 - 425 or so. My last one was done in 2001.
