First off do you have a money backer?? Then you need to find a Patent Lawyer, and DONT GO THROUGH those numbers on patents on the TV.

Good Luck but watch you back!!

After you get your patents squared away. I'll be happy to field test.

here is a quick few things you can do. #1 make a prototype of your product and field test it. Let some buddies that you trust to use it. If it has some problems during the field test refine it until it works satifactory.

#2 then take to a patent lawyer, he/she should be able to tell you at a reasonable cost what your options are based on your product.

#3 talk to someone that has been successful in marketing a product like yours, (i.e. homemade lures, fishing rigs, etc).

good luck with turning your ideas into riches:)

Talk to the A-WAY guys. They're decent guys. Maybe they could do your legwork for a percentage.

I haven't used this service yet, but it would be handy for a prototype:

IF you are going to take your idea to anyone for help, write the idea down and have it notorized(?spelling) and if you email it keep a copy of the sent email with the time and date stamp.

Or seal it in a letter and snail mail it to yourself. The stamp from the Post Office is better than nothing!

are they ideas that you can produce ? do you need a manufacture to produce them?
is selling them your question?
heres what i've done in the past.
we manufactured fishing lures.
we sold them by leasing a booth at outdoors events.
like the one in imlay city in the fall, boat shows, fishing shows. where ever they might have an interest. our typical earnings were about $600 per dayper person, two of us selling.
at these events.the major limit was one person can only deal with so many people in a day. eventually we began putting them in shops but we never put them in on consignment.
this is a good way to begin as you can better judge the interest in your product. just because i think something is a wonderfull idea doesn't mean everyone else will. start with small shows that you can get a table for three to five hundred for the weekend. after a few of these shows you'll know if your product is going to sell .
remember to manufacture with the highest quality posible.
and work on a good sales talk so you can point out the benifits to your product.make it brief, interesting and informative. do not preasure people it drives them to another vender.
oh,,,, and a hot babe in camo shorts doesn't hurt.(wink)I have a couple very good ideas. Just don't know how to get the ball rolling. Any suggestions.

They are hunting related ideas. I could build a prototype at home. But to mass produce them I need someone else. They are kind of why did'nt I think of that ideas.
