Perch in East Side Bay Cuts

Just a quick check. Am I "pushing the trigger" too early or are any perch coming up the cuts yet at Quanicassee, Sebewaing, Caseville...? Any word would be appreciated since I'll be in the Thumb a few days & loved to try if there was any chance.

my cuz got a nice mess in Quanicassee sunday just out by the mouth 7 FOW to windy for me :yikes: thay should be up in the cuts soon a few more cool nights:D he said thay didnt see anyone getting any yet

there are perch and walleye coming in the cuts around sebewaing we got a few perch sunday but then went chasen salmon up to port austin ill be fishen more this week and let ya know

very slow arounds sebewaing for perch lots and lots of pike though

still pike but smaller perch are showing up ill try this after noon and see what happens

perch are still running small around sebewaing but the pike have thinned out finally ill be fishing tommorow night again and post my results

well the marina is about 4 blocks from my house so its easy but heres todays report the fish grew about an inch over night lol a lot more 7 inch plus fish now and thats my cut off for throw backs but the pike were back out in force today too...... id love to be fishen more but i love venison too lol ill be hunting the morning and fishen at night again tommorow.......

If you want pike float a shinner as they are becoming lure shy and the bigger perch are coming right off the bottom im betting about opening day of fire arm season the perch will be thick...........thats whats happening in sebewaing area

about 1 outa 4 is legal some are 30 but i havent seen any monsters yet but the 10 pounders dont come til the ice does usually speering should be awsome this year again around here but i dont do it any more not big on eaten pike so i rarely target them

30 7-9 inch fish in about 5 hrs not great but im eaten perch .......bigger minows 2 and 3 inchers did better today orange beeds and spinners with a single hook were the flavor of choice 20 fish on that one hook lol

still chasing deer but im looken at getting an ice fishen trip organized for later on no date set yet but if i decide to make it a tourney our local chamber of commerce is allready interested if any one here would be interested let me know and ill start a new thread..

I'm almost there just say the word. Biggest Bay perch I've ever caught came from the Bayshore shallows. I just couldn't believe they were in there.

i got some nice fish again tonight but i started a new thread for the outing ill still be posting reports here though had 10 8-10 inch fish about 10 throw backs and the pike were thick again

had about 20 fish again yesterday they are bitting really lite...saw a couple monster pike..if thats any indicator as it has been in the past ice should be comming soon..
