Need posting picture help!!!

Ok, I just just got done trying to post a picture and all I managed to do is get myself highly agitated!:mad: Can someone please tell me the easiest way to post a pic?:confused:

Don't know about the easiest, also, I know we can now do it through this site but as of yet I have not. I have been able to post by using "Hunting-Pictures .com" though.

Suggest running a "search" (use link near top of page) on posting pictures. Look for Northern_Outdoorsmans post on this subject. He explains it very well, step by step, on how to accomplish. Fairly easy to do.

Posting Pictures
Since Alot of people are asking, and I can't seem to find the other post, here is how you do it:

You can logon to Michigan-Sportsmansmen Gallery at http://www.michigan-sportsman.com/user_gallery/index.html OR go to www.hunting-pictures.com and create a user name and password.

Then click the "Browse" button on that site and find the picture on your computer.

Next, highlight the file name of the picture, click "Open" and then the "Upload Picture" button.

When it is finished hit the "Back to Gallery " Button

Find the picture name on that page and "Click" it and the picture should come on your screen.

When you see the picture, go to the top where the URL address is (Http://) and right click and select "Copy"

Then goto what ever Forum on the site you wish to post the pic in and Start posting a new topic. After typing your words, hit return once to get a space, then under the vBcode select "IMG".
A pop-up will come up. http:// will be highlighted in blue, delete that. Make sure the cursor is in that area, right click and select "Paste". The URL address you copied earlier should appear. Hit "OK" and then Submit new post as usual and presto, the pic should be there....Good luck! >>>>>Don

Thanks northern_outdoorsman. I tried the hunting-pictures.com site the way you stated, but my picture would not completely upload to thier site. I'm sure I did something wrong. I was trying to learn how to use my scanner and the various software packages that came with it at the same time, this along with trying to hurry {I don't have much time to spend on the computer} probably contributed to my frustration. I was trying to upload from my Presto! Pagemanager Delux software. Hopefully one of these days I will get the time to learn the software packages that came with my scanner well enough so I can post some pictures. I do not know much about computers, so this may take me a while. I really appreciate your effort to help me though.
