I was wondering what is the best type of fletching glue for aluminum arrows? I have tried Fletch Tite but my vanes seem to break away from the shaft way too easy. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using Fletch-tite Platinum for a couple years with good success. I think the key is in the cleaning. I use acetone to wipe down my shafts. I am not sure what brand of vanes you are using, but I know some require cleaning and others do not.

For Aluminum I like "Carbond".
Same stuff they use to stick rearview mirrors to the windshield etc.
It's TOO strong for Carbons though usually. You'll scrape carbon off trying to remove it but the smooth Alum sin't nearly as bad.
if you can't find that use Goat Tuff. CRAZY strong and fast drying.

Try using fletch lac, Pour some into a dipping tube then dip your arrow shaft into it and let it dry. ( you only have to dip the fletching area )
Fletch tite will stick like crazy to this stuff.

I use Fletch tite Platinum and have had great results. The only time the vanes come off is after i get a complete pass thru on the target a few times, or they get stuck in the middle of the target and I have to pull really hard to get them out.
