I stopped into KD Outdoors (Ninja's place) to have my bow tuned. I was practicing last night and it just seemed to me that the arrow was not level on full draw.

Mike was behind the counter and went to work. He moved the noc, positioned the drop away rest, and put the laser sight on it to make sure everything was aligned. $10 and I feel confident the bow has been serviced by a pro.

My son is dying for a youth bow and I WILL be going to KD this Saturday in hopes of buying him a bow.

We all talk about patronizing the mom and pop shops. If you're on your way to BSP, head west on M59 instead and go to KD's place. If I have to pay $50 more for a youth bow, I'll gladly do it there rather than spend my money with guys at BSP who always make me feel like I'm bothering them.

I looked at that and laughed out loud. It's a great looking mount. A deer head with antlers, but with a snarling look and fangs. I thought to myself, "Now that would make deer hunting intersting if the deer had the potential to maul you if you pissed him off."

I stopped in a few weeks ago to check out crawler harness components. Well I ended up leaving with a new jigging rod! Opps. It is a Rogue six foot medium action. I have put a hurting on the perch with it the past few weeks and like the rod. I hope to do some jigging this weekend with it. Good thing I did't go into the archery area looking for a peep site. LOL Geat shop I will be back soon.
