Oooh wow...is that what I think it is? So that leading edge and the blade itself is one solid piece?

I don't even need a freebie here. I would pay for them, and provide reports. Is this possible?

That stinks...
Just comfortable shooting Slick's, but now they are harder to find than a 12 point.

Deputy,
Are they going to offer them in a lighter weight, say 75, 80, or 85 grains?
I want one right now.....I'll take a 100 grainer too, ain't picky! I like the aftershocks...have the 80 grain hypershock, but I am interested in a fixed blade for use thru shoot thru netting.

I'll trade you a supply of Tater Tots and Ranch Dressing (even include a sleave of foam 5 compartment trays!) for a couple samples!!! ;)

I may very well end up turning in my API spitfires!!! Looks like a well designed head. I'll end up getting a pack and seeing how well they shoot. I've been using the Spitfires for the last few years due to shooting from the ground, now I've found a stand(climber) that I can actually be comfortable in so I took to the trees last year again. I don't like the idea of using mechanicals at such an angle.

They look very nice. What kind of cutting diameter and weights do they come in and how much will they cost? I am pretty old school, and rely more on shot selection and accuracy than I do on new broad heads. Heck, I could probably go back to the 140 grain Wasp 4-blades I used in the 80's and still kill everything I shot at. What do the manufacturers feel I can gain if I spend the $ on their new broadhead?

i'm curious as to why.. the cut on contact tip is a step in the right direction (the reasoning for chisel points is beyond me), but the abrupt increase in cutting angle coupled with 4 blades is not a preferred design.

it does appear as though the blades are of sufficient thickness to remain durable for multiple uses and handle re-sharpening (if the drawing is to scale). that's definitely a plus.

the head may be shot as 2 or 4 blade and the blades are easy to replace or to resharpen,

the cut on contact coupled with the bone splitting type head right behind it help with penetration and bone work.... it works very well even on lower poundage bows i have seen some video of large hogs being blasted with this head as well as an audad(sp)

in my set up this head flew to the same impact point as my 100 grain hypershocks, 100 grain field points and my muzzys 100 grain 4 blades and 3 blade as well! its hows some great strength and durablity of the blades

I like my Slick Tricks . I still haven't seen anything that would make me want to change .......yet
