That fish was huge. Caught in the North Channel by Deckers. Anyone have any comments or info. Some guys were wondering what was going on at work.

Is this the one thats dated from May of 06.. I was in Deckers back in June and was talking with one of hte ole timers in there.. May have even been the owner or something... He had no clue what I was talking about.. I hardly believe that pic was real...

I think the pic is legit but the location is bogus. Pretty sure it was from British Columbia. :)

Gone FIshing is right. THat is a old pick seen it LOTS and LOTS of times. No way was that fish caught in michigan in fact i believe its a diffrent species then we have here.

That pic has been going around the net for months. I recieved it in an email back in March too. It is a white sturgeon from the Frasier River in British Columbia. The field guide I have says that White Sturgeon can get to be 20 feet... Lake Sturgeon can get to be 9 feet. I doubt there are any 9 footers swimming around in LSC but there certianly are 6 footers out there. I think the state record is 193lbs or somewhere around that.
