I am curious about those 8-9' inflatable pontoon boats. I'm sure some of the river guys use them. I've got a few questions
1.) Will it fit in a car trunk?
2.) What do you inflate it with?
3.) Can it accept an outboard motor? How large?
4.) Is it easy to set up?
If anybody has any experience with these, I would appreciate your comments
Thanks

Hello Downrod,
I just picked mine up Saturday, and haven't been able to use it yet, but here goes...
1. Shouldn't have any trouble getting it in a trunk, or strapping it to the roof of your car.
2. The DryFly boats come with a pump.
3. Electric motor - but you'll have to register it then.
4. Looks easy to set up to me. I have a truck, so I'm not taking mine apart much.

Last I remember, You do not need registration for a boat that is propelled by a trolling motor only. I believe it is only for vessels propeled by gas engines and motors.;)

it was brought up in another thread somewhere and i think it was true that any boat with a motor had to have a M C #.........
