After getting a very quick one man limit Sunday morning trolling (3 salmon in about 25 minutes...6:40 a.m.), I went by the arms to try for some bass I have viewed while snorkeling. I talked to a guy carrying a salmon off the South pier at about 7:15. He said he was one for three, and some other guys put a few on the pier. Seems like it is an early morning bite, but regardless of wind or water temp., the fish can be gotten from the pier.
