All I can say is I've never seen anything like it in person. 24.64 lbs won our tournamant on Reeds Lake this morning. Holy crap!!!! Second place was about 10 lbs back.

Martin and I did our best to sore mouth every keeper we had on the line. By our estimate we LOST about 12-14 lbs of fish at the boat. Couldn't get a good hook in em to save our collective butts.

But it was something to see that bag come to the scales.

Yes, you read that correctly. I was stunned. Amazed. Flabergasted!!! They also got big bass with 2 of their fish weighing exactly the same thing... 5.65 lbs. I think it was.

Actually, no one can say that for sure Robert. These two guys wouldn't give up a thing when asked...and several people asked.

I will say this: Martin (my partner) lost what HAD to be a 4 pounder that he hooked on a senko. Black Yamamoto if you must know. 5" variety. All my bigger fish hit the Sweet Beaver.

Nope, won't be there today. A little more notice and I could have been.

you didnt miss much. 3lber was the biggest I could get. The wind really picked up and so did the water skier activity ( they would get 50ft from me at full throttle) Another bass angler I know was launching at the same time and he didn't get much either. Oh well, you don't know till ya try.............. I'm doing a little tourny tonight at Duncan
