Went fishing on the tibb. today near drifters . got limit in 45 min. from 3 to 7 pounds.

north of gratiot rd. bridge about 1/4 mile.

How were the conditions? Was the water fast and/or dirty? Did you get much snow up there

Did you fish from shore or a boat ? I see the current is going down some, how much weight did you have to use. If you can reach the point of the inland there are almost aways fish waiting to be caught. Good luck

pretty good current but easy to fish. useing 1/2 oz. jigs with tails. no bait. looking at river today water is down about 1/2 ft. water is fairly clear. as for snow we got about 4".good luck if going.

thanks hoffie with out this report i would of missed out on some real hot fishing :D went on 3/2 cold as a witch ttt in a brass bra:eek: BUT the fishing was red hot all day!!! try 1/4 and couldn't reach the bottom switch over to 1/2 and the bite was on!!! hot pink an white and orange heads:cool: well just about any color was working today the river is full of fish!!!!:D take lot of jig the river really like them ;)
