Fishing Buddy

Anyone in the Holland area looking for a fishing partner? I have a good friend I go fishing with often, but he tends to cancel every other weekend on me, I still go alone but its always nice to have some company. :)

lol, well my girlfriend (basically wife, been together for 4 years, have a 2 year old daughter) does not like to fish. I have an old fishing boat, 16' trihaul I bought for cheap, fixed up a little (its old, but floats), put a 60hp outboard on and trolling motor/fish finder.. it works nice for these inland lakes, I am still learning on becoming a decent fisherman, but to me just getting out on the water early in the morning is rewarding enough, catching some big fish just adds that much to it :)

What kind of fishing are we talking about here? And what times of day? I work 3rd shift and am always looking for someone to fish with.

Well saturday mornings we typically go to a small lake around allegan area (lots of lakes around there) Does not matter to me what type of fishing, although usually its for bass and pike when we go we fish for, we are both amatuers and are learning how to fish.. last week I caught 3 fish and that was a good weekend lol.

I go saturday mornings, I get up around 4:30-5am, try to get the boat in the water by 6. (about 30 or so minute drive from here down to allegan area).
