I will be going to the Caseville area in the middle of August. I am new to the state and I have never been to this area. Can anyone provide me with any shore or pier fishing information. I need locations as well as equipment suggestions. Thanks in advance and keep the lines tight.

Perch and Walleyes are the main fish people target in Caseville. You will be hard pressed to find nicer beaches, you you might want to plan on mostly just relaxing. Port Austin and Harbor Beach are further out of the Bay, and have cooler water if there is any around at that time. Harbor Beach has a decent pier you can cast for Kings from. Bite is mostly nighttime, and shuts down around daybreak, in my experience.

Right now your best bet would be fishing for smallmouths off the harbor beach rock pier north of harbor beach.
