I got a sea-doo speedster today(used) it had some old gas in it. the boat hasnt been used in along time. Well instead of getting the old gas out my dad decided to just fill it up. When i got out there the one motor is working just fine but the other one was actin up. u go to gun it and it gets to about 5g's then shoots all the way up and doesnt push that hard and is really loud. This happened to my cuasin and I out on saginaw bay last year with his 3 month old outboard mercury and it just turned out to be bad gas. i was just wondering if its bad gas or something serious? Becuase one time i gunned it and it took off with out a problem and got goin real fast but after i shut it down it went right back to rpm's shootin up and bein all loud.

Since it has twins and is pulling gas from the same tank (assuming it has one tank) I doubt it is bad gas.

Have you checked in the intake grate and impeller on both motors to make sure there is no obstruction?
