Couple of guys are looking for a charter that will take out about six people on one of the upcoming weekends Aug. for all types Salmon "as they say". I'm just trying to help them out and maybe a charter in this site... either post or PM me.
Thanks in advance...
Ryan
I posted it again because I'm not sure the guy knows his Great Lakes:lol:

You didn't say which of the Great Lakes you wanted, but if it's Lake Michigan I can recommend Mike at Coldwater Charters. He's a member and sponsor here. I've been on his boat and had a great time. He's out of St. Joe. If that's in the area you're interested in give him a call.

I would imagine that it would be Michigan or Huron, He said Michigan but lives on the east side of Michigan. I just want to give him a few places he can choose from, and again I'm not sure he knows his Great Lakes

I would look for a charter out of Ludington or Manistee this time of year.

Kevin Hughes out of Onekama which is 10 miles north of Manistee is one of the best around.

I second this opinion but doubt Kevin would have any open weekends this upcoming August which may be the rule for the better captains around Manistee or Ludington. You could also try Riverside Charters or Pier Pressure. Both of these run out of Manistee

:Modified_ I have referred many of my clients and freinds to Larry.
With his 25ftr he can travel anywhere. Huron,Mich,Erie.....He goes where the fish are.

I'll throw out a second vote for Mike at Coldwater charters. I had a group that was tyoo large to take on my boat so we booked with Mike. Had a great day. Yes we slammed the steelhead that day, but more importantly, Mike is a good guy to be on a boat with for 6 hours. Teaches you about what he's doing, as much, or as little, as you like.
