I am looking for some advice on what grain broadhead's I should be using with a 50# bow, carbon express terminator 45/60 arrows and a fixed blade broadhead.

I would think 75gr would be best but you should try to shoot a few different weights and see what works best. For fixed blade broad heads I prefer the good old reliable Muzzy's.
generally the calculation for correct spine is 5 grains of arrow per pound of draw weight. So here is a basic calculation for reference:
4560 = 9.5 gra/inch
assuming arrow length is 28 inches
draw weight = 50#
9.5 * 28 = 266
266/50 = 5.32
So you have already met the 5 grains per pound recomendation. the 75 grain head will give more distance and probably better flight than a heavier head, but a heavier head means more kinetic energy and thus more penetration.
Either way I say you should try to shoot more than 1 weight and see what flys the best out of your bow.

You also need to consider the Front Of Center value, which is a percentage that must fall within a certain range (7-12%, I believe?) to ensure that your broadhead is not too heavy or light for good arrow flight. Do a search on this forum for FOC or Front Of Center and you'll get a lot of good info. :)

I shoot that arrow, 29" long with a 75 gr head. Has worked fine for me for the last 5-6 yrs. However, it is a bit on the light side for a good FOC. I am about to get some newer arrows, and will be trying to get my FOC a bit more forward by going up in point wt, lower arrow wt, or lengthen arrow a bit.

Ok lets start over. The terminator 4560 arrow is a fairly heavy arrow at around 10gpi...12gpi with the camo, and it is primarily spined to shoot at 28" with a 100 grain head at 60ish lbs from a 29" draw bow. At 50lbs, anything less than 125 grains will make your arrow very very very very stiff. Also what needs to come into account here is your energy output.
Just what model bow are you shooting, and what is your draw length? At 50lbs, I'd highly recommend a two blade cut on contact 125 grain head. The sweet spot in FOC for a fixed head is primarily between 12-15%. You'll fall around 13% with a 125 grain head.
Look at the G5 Outdoors B52, the Magnus two blade screw in, the steelforce 125 two blade, or any of the bear razorheads.

I use the Term Selects in 6075with 100's. My spine is a bit soft according to several software programs and a bit low on FOC( 8%). But after trying different setups, this one works wonderful for me. I've used 85gr, 100gr, 125 gr at different times and found the 100's to be the best for MY setup. I would suggest a very good software program from pinwheel that has a trial version. Great for determining a starting point.

Here's a pic of my specs using that program:
