I'm looking for a new target. What do you guys think the best target is for the money? We used to have a block target but it wore out.

I fyou have the money and want something that works great for FP's and BH's, the Rhino Block from Rhinehart is the most durable I have found.

I too have a block that is almost worn out. I've tried plenty over the years and for my dollars, Morrell gets the vote. I still have one that is probably 10 years old and pretty shot up but can still use it. A couple years ago I got one of the 10,000 shot targets from Morrell and I do believe it will take well over 10,000 shots. Easy arrow removal and the arrows stay straight in the target instead of drooping down like some of them do.

This year it appears Morrell has renamed their targets again and I believe the Outdoor Range target is the same as the 10,000 Shot target.

Edit: The only thing you have to remember with the Morrell targets is that you have to turn them around from time to time. I just look at the target each time I shoot. If it is starting to push out in back, I just turn it around. Quick and easy.

Bass pro has the Black hole target on sale right now for 30 dollars. You cannot beat that.

I also have a morrell bag target, I have put a few thousand arrows into it and have only had to replace the cover.

Morrel Yellow Jacket BH target. It's cheap and stops a fast arrow. I wore out two Blocks to one Morrel. It'd stay away from a bag target. I've had arrows pass through and I've pulled a lot of stuffing out with my arrows. They've also ruined a lot of my fletchings.
